Web solutions for the Freight Forwarder and Shipper Community

CargoWEB Partner is the advanced Internet service designed specifically for the Freight Forwarder and Shipper community who subscribe to the service. It provides browser based electronic forms to facilitate standard cargo messaging to air cargo systems.

Like CargoWEB, CargoWEB Partner was designed from the beginning as a Web application and therefore, requires no special equipment or software. On-line help facilitates guide the user through the site minimizing training requirements.

CargoWEB Partner On-Line Features

• Tracking - Cargo Tracking by Air Waybill number (AWB)
• Schedules - Cargo Flight Schedules by date or by operational schedule
• Availability - Cargo Flights with available space by date
• Reservation/Booking - Cargo reservation by AWB and date
• Air Waybill Entry - Providing the airline with electronic version of AWB
• Status Update - Allows updating existing AWBs in the airline host system
• Free Form Text messaging - Allows sending text or other cargo messages
• House Waybil Details - Submit House details to airline for US and Canada Customs reporting

Each of these functions can be associated with multiple participating airlines. By simply selecting the airline with which you wish to communicate, browser forms are converted to the appropriate message and sent to the airline system.

CargoWEB Partner also provides unsolicited cargo or text message exchange with airlines or other party connected to the SITA TTY Network. Messages can be sent to a unique Internet email address assigned to each CargoWEB Partner member.
